Job summary

Weave seeks a seasoned growth and demand gen engineer to design and build an AI-native lead generation engine. You’ll craft scalable workflows, enrich and qualify warm leads, and collaborate with AEs to optimize the sales pipeline.

You will own multi-signal targeting models, run experiments to boost conversion, and ensure clean CRM data with RevOps. Hybrid in San Francisco with strong equity and tech-forward culture.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a demand gen, growth, or marketing operations role with a strong technical edge.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot and building workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build our agentic lead gen infrastructure from the ground up.
• Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools with a focus on warm outreach.
• Work directly with AEs to define a good lead and systematize it.
• Build multi-signal targeting models and structure multi-channel campaigns.
• Own the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion, fix gaps.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure clean data handoffs and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
• Run test-and-learn experiments to improve conversion and pipeline contribution.
