Job summary

Weave is seeking a Lead GTM Engineer to design and lead AI-driven data systems powering the go-to-market engine. The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, spanning data pipelines, agentic workflows, and vendor integrations.

You’ll mentor teammates and set the bar for quality and reliability across revenue operations, sales, and BI. Hybrid role (3 days/week at Weave HQ) reporting to the Director, Revenue & GTM Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Advanced SQL and working proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or Gemini.
• Experience taking technical projects from concept through production rollout.
• Track record of mentoring or reviewing the work of other engineers or analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-GTM technical initiatives end to end, from roadmap through production.
• Set standards for code quality, data quality, evaluation, and deployment; mentor engineers and analysts.
• Act as the technical QA checkpoint on GTM AI projects before they ship.
• Architect multi-step, tool-using agents for GTM tasks.
• Design and maintain pipelines and data models in Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Build eval harnesses, guardrails, and manage cost and latency.
• Connect Salesforce and enrichment vendors via APIs and MCP-based integrations.
• Own proofs of concept and due diligence for data and AI vendors.
