You will set the strategy, own the data stack, and drive a proactive, AI‑driven revenue engine across the US market. Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading GTM Data, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Analytics at a senior level.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing analytics teams across data, RevOps and BI.
• Deep knowledge of modern GTM data stacks and architecture to enable strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify the GTM Data and Commercial Operations organization across analytics engineering, data engineering, revenue operations, and GTM experimentation.
• Build a single source of truth for core GTM metrics covering acquisition, retention, and merchant health.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data tooling and processes, driving measurable outcomes.
• Champion AI‑driven approaches to GTM operations and govern new AI-enabled tools and workflows.
