Job summary

SumUp US is seeking a Head of GTM Data and Commercial Operations in Boulder to lead analytics engineering, data engineering, RevOps, and GTM experimentation. You will own the data stack, define governance, and drive proactive insights that shape acquisition, growth, and retention across the US market.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes, scale high-performing teams, and implement an AI-driven insight engine while balancing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading GTM Data, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Analytics at a senior level.
• Ability to turn fragmented analytics into a coherent, outcome-driven roadmap.
• Deep knowledge of GTM data tooling and architecture considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify the GTM Data and Commercial Operations org spanning Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and GTM Experimentation with clear ownership and a roadmap.
• Create a single source of truth for core GTM metrics across funnels, sales productivity, retention, and merchant health scores.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Run & Grow to improve data stack, tooling, and processes for measurable outcomes.
• Champion AI-heavy GTM operations, piloting and measuring AI-enabled tools and workflows with governance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Product to co-own improvements on key GTM metrics.
