Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of GTM/Sales/Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on GTM contact and account data management, enrichment and governance.
• Experience building scalable automation workflows and data pipelines.
• Strong Salesforce data knowledge and operational data management.
• Familiarity with data enrichment, orchestration, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle, including acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, and governance.
• Ensure contact data is accurate, compliant, and action-ready to support frontline sales execution and core GTM motions.
• Define and enforce global data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as data volume and use cases scale.
• Design, build, and continuously optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows that power sales plays.
• Partner with senior leadership to prototype, test, and scale AI-forward GTM use cases while maintaining system stability.
• Translate sales plays and GTM initiatives into production-ready automations, tooling configurations, and data flows.
• Maintain documentation, monitoring, and execution standards for consistent delivery and global scaling.
• Lead measurement and reporting for GTM data health, enrichment performance, and automation impact.
