Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a hands-on operator to build, manage, and scale the GTM data and automation infrastructure that powers frontline execution. You will ensure data workflows are reliable, scalable, and production-ready while enabling rapid iteration on automation and AI-enabled GTM workflows.

The ideal candidate combines systems thinking with technical curiosity and collaborates across data, automation, and GTM systems to improve execution quality and data trust.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with GTM contact/account data: acquisition, enrichment, deduplication, governance, data hygiene.
• Experience building scalable automation workflows and GTM data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle: acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, governance.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and action-readiness for frontline sales execution.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as scale grows.
• Design, build, and optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows.
• Prototype, test, and scale AI-forward GTM use cases without compromising stability.
• Translate sales plays into production-grade automations and data flows.
• Maintain documentation, monitoring, and execution standards for global scaling.
• Lead measurement and reporting for GTM data health and automation impact.
