The ideal candidate combines operational execution with systems thinking, working across data, automation, and GTM systems to improve execution quality, efficiency, and data trust.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with GTM contact and account data management (acquisition, enrichment, deduplication, governance).
• Experience building scalable automation workflows and GTM data pipelines.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data structures, workflows, reporting, and operational data management.
• Familiarity with data enrichment, orchestration, and automation tooling (e.g., Clay, Openprise, ZoomInfo, Make, Zapier, Workato).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and signal-driven GTM operating models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle (acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, governance).
• Ensure contact data is accurate, compliant, and action-ready to support frontline sales execution.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as data volume grows.
• Design and optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows powering sales plays.
• Partner with leadership to prototype, test, and scale AI-forward GTM use cases.
• Translate GTM initiatives into production-ready automations and data flows.
• Maintain documentation, monitoring, and execution standards for global scaling.
• Lead measurement and reporting for GTM data health and automation impact.
