The Weather Company is hiring its first dedicated Growth Product Manager to own how users discover value—from onboarding to activation and retention across iOS and Android.

You will drive core metrics, expand engagement through notifications and widget adoption, and accelerate experiment velocity while ensuring a unified cross‑platform experience. Candidates should have 3+ years in product management with a strong Growth track record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management.
• Proven track record in consumer growth for high-scale apps (10M+ MAU).
• Deep analytical rigor in funnel analysis and cohort retention.
• Growth feature expertise in onboarding flows, paywalls, notifications, and personalization.
• Ethical growth mindset focused on long-term user value and sustainable retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive core business metrics: improve Day 0 registration and subscription conversion.
• Expand engagement touchpoints: raise notification opt-in rates and widget adoption.
• Accelerate experiment velocity: scale testing framework and shorten decision cycles.
