Auction Technology Group (ATG) is seeking a Senior Partner Manager, Art & Antiques to act as a strategic advisor to our top auction house partners across art, antiques, and design marketplaces. You will drive growth by leveraging ATG tools, insights, and marketing, not just servicing accounts.

You will lead on AI and digital transformation, helping partners capitalize on AI-enhanced tools for cataloging, image recognition, provenance research, collector targeting, and search discoverability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic account management, business consulting, or partner/customer success, with a track record of driving growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor at the executive level with auction house owners and senior specialists.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI and digital tools reshape cataloguing, discovery, and collector behavior, with the ability to translate that into practical guidance for partners.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partner relationships and manage a focused portfolio of ATG's art & antiques auction houses.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, building relationships with ownership and senior specialists.
• Lead on AI and digital transformation, explain to partners how AI tools can be adopted for cataloging, image recognition, provenance research, and discoverability.
• Champion the shared success model by aligning partner growth with ATG platform usage and revenue.
• Drive platform and marketing adoption by understanding the product mix and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Partner cross-functionally within the strategic account pod (Operations, Event Management, Exec Sponsorship) to deliver a coordinated senior-level experience.
• Lead with data to identify growth opportunities and early risk signals and translate analysis into a proactive strategic plan for each partner.
