GALLO is seeking an Associate Growth Media Innovation Manager to drive AI-driven discovery and performance media across paid search, retail media, and third-party marketplaces. You will collaborate with brand, media, analytics, and agency teams to uncover opportunities and accelerate growth.

You will lead hands-on development, activation, management, and optimization of campaigns, guiding audience strategies, budgets, bidding, targeting, creative recommendations, testing, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in performance media.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in performance media is also acceptable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-comm, and analytics.
• Proficiency with PPC/retail media tools and ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-driven discovery and paid media strategies across multiple channels.
• Lead hands-on development, activation, management, and optimization of campaigns for paid search and marketplace media.
• Guide audience/keyword strategies, budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, brand, commerce, and agency teams to align discovery with brand growth.
• Build testing frameworks and evaluate new platforms to turn learnings into scalable recommendations.
