Job summary

Vantage, a remote-first technology company, is seeking a Growth Engineer (Marketing) to build the next generation of AI-powered growth systems. The role blends engineering, marketing, and growth to create scalable AI agents and automate workflows that drive acquisition and engagement.

You will work across demand generation, RevOps, social media, and outbound prospecting, partnering with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to reduce manual work and unlock new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software or growth engineering or a related technical role.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered agents and automated workflows.
• Proficiency with Python or JavaScript and API integrations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agent orchestration, and AI workflow development.
• Ability to design, build, debug, and maintain reliable automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered growth systems and automated workflows supporting demand generation and outbound prospecting.
• Own marketing automation infrastructure integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms.
• Develop intelligent agents for account research, outreach, and campaign analysis.
• Scale outbound and pipeline generation with automated prospecting workflows.
• Automate campaign execution and ensure proper human review and approval processes.
• Connect product and marketing data to improve personalization.
• Experiment with AI models and orchestration tools to improve the growth engine.
• Measure performance with monitoring, reporting, and feedback loops.
