Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a growth-focused marketing professional in the United States to lead performance campaigns and demand generation across paid search, social, webinars, and content-driven programs. You will optimize lead quality, pipeline creation, and attribution using HubSpot and analytics tools.

You will test audiences, messages, and landing pages, collaborating with Content and PMM to turn stories into high-performing campaigns and conversion paths.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, digital demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Run paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting, sponsored content, webinar promotion, and other digital programs to create qualified demand.
• Test audiences, segments, offers, messages, creative, and landing pages to generate Sales-accepted meetings and sales-qualified pipeline.
• Build campaigns around priority ICP segments, industries, competitors, use cases, field moments, and market signals.
• Optimize for lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and spend efficiency.
• Own webinars, virtual roundtables, and digital programs from promotion through follow-up.
• Set up UTMs, campaign tracking, form flows, routing, HubSpot attribution, and reporting.
