Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Growth Technology lead in the United States to own the operating model for the marketing tech stack, including identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation. You will design and operate the paid-media tracking and measurement system, manage pixels, server-to-server events, and data integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth operations, marketing analytics, solutions engineering, or related roles

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for Growth’s marketing technology stack across identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation
• Own and operate the complete paid-media tracking and measurement system
• Manage website pixels, server-to-server conversion events, mobile measurement integrations, identity and consent controls, attribution methods, and signal delivery to advertising platforms
• Design and implement event schemas, data mappings, APIs, and integrations
• Validate systems and migrations before and after launch
• Monitor and troubleshoot the path from source systems to advertising and measurement platforms
• Build AI-enabled and agent-assisted workflows for campaign diagnostics, audience activation, testing, and optimization
• Establish data quality, observability, governance, risk, escalation, and change-management mechanisms
• Use adoption, reliability, incrementality, operator feedback, and business-impact data to improve capabilities and scale what works
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, Legal, Revenue Operations, advertising platforms, measurement providers, and implementation partners
• Translate business requirements and privacy constraints into data contracts, integration designs, rollout plans, and reliable first‑party data systems
• Provide operating cadences, partner enablement, and executive updates
