Roboflow is a distributed company across the US and Europe, building AI-powered growth systems to reach millions of developers. You’ll own automations, websites, and GTM tooling to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You will work closely with our Marketing Lead and co-founders, solving diverse problems with autonomy, experiments, and rigorous measurement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Technical generalist with ability to ship ideas and navigate a modern tech stack.
• Expertise in automation stacks (Zapier, Clay, OpenAI API) to remove manual friction.
• Data-driven with experience using analytics tools (PostHog, Segment, Hex).
• Growth mindset; able to ship quickly, measure, iterate, or kill projects.

Responsibilities

• Build AI automations: design and deploy AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and outreach.
• Own the website: treat the site as a product, optimize performance, experiments, and conversions.
• GTM engineering: connect APIs, set up webhooks, build scrapers, align marketing ideas with tech.
• Lifecycle marketing: design end-to-end user journeys with email flows and in-app triggers.
• Analytics & integration: ensure clear funnel visibility and data pipelines across channels.
• Be a generalist: collaborate across teams and take on varied automation and growth projects.
• Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and outcomes.
