Job summary

Rocket Alumni Solutions, a Boston-area AI-forward web software company serving 1,500+ US schools, is seeking a Growth Marketer. You’ll own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and AI-driven campaigns, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing.

We prize systems thinking, hands-on budget ownership (3–5 years), startup/B2B SaaS experience, and a data-driven approach. You’ll work with design and AI agents to scale experimentation, automate workflows, and push measurable growth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing with hands-on budget ownership.
• Startup experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI features in marketing platforms.
• Analytical approach with ability to set benchmarks and report results.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition across ad platforms with structure, budgets, and CAC/ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with design to build a creative testing system around target personas.
• Improve CRO with landing pages and A/B testing at scale.
• Build paid automations and AI workflows with our AI agents.
• Ensure accurate measurement with conversion tracking and attribution tools.
• Monitor organic traffic growth and SERP rankings, supporting AI engine initiatives.
