Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s global growth marketing organization in the United States. This AI-forward, strategically focused leader will steer ABM programs, align Marketing with Sales, Solutions, and Product, and drive pipeline and revenue growth across a global matrix.

The role requires 15+ years in B2B marketing with senior leadership experience and a proven track record in enterprise software buy-sell dynamics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading a large global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing organization.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying decisions, buying committees, and long sales cycles.
• Proven experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence enterprise buyers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI in marketing and leading enablement, adoption, or operating-model change.
• Ability to lead and develop a large, globally distributed organization through senior functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a large global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing tech.
• Advise on market opportunities, buyer behavior, and investments to prioritize growth opportunities.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Solutions to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
• Set the AI-forward vision for Growth Marketing and drive adoption across teams.
