Flint is seeking a Paid Search Strategist to own hands-on Google Ads for a portfolio of brands, managing structure, keywords, bidding, budgets, and landing pages, with rapid learnings on what drives conversions. You’ll see how search plays out across multiple brands and influence the AI that Flint uses for search.

You will work with engineers to improve the ads agent and help Flint optimize performance at scale, while maintaining clear communication with the account team and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Google Ads experience for DTC or B2B brands.
• Experience owning meaningful budgets and driving measurable results.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset for optimization.
• Clear writing and attention to detail.
• Interest in building AI for search.

• Run Google Ads accounts hands-on for a portfolio of brands, covering structure, keywords, bidding, budgets, and testing.
• Diagnose wasted spend and missed conversions, and scale profitable opportunities.
• Repair or rebuild accounts needing stronger foundations in execution and measurement.
• Make calls aligned with customers' growth goals, not vanity metrics.
• Be the expert behind strategic accounts and step in when needed.
• Challenge the ads agent and collaborate with engineers to improve it.
• Turn your playbook into Flint’s agent runtime, starting with search-query mining and structuring ad groups.
• Collaborate with the account team handling day-to-day communication.
