Qualifications

• 3–5+ years shipping production software across the stack with backend focus.
• Fluent in Python and TypeScript; comfortable with cloud services.
• Track record of owning outcomes and driving measurable results.
• Strong experimentation instincts and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the backend for acquisition, onboarding, activation from signup to coach match.
• Build backend for profiles, feeds, sharing, referrals and community loops.
• Ship and instrument experiments; own readouts and next steps.
• Support website and marketing backends while frontend is owned by others.
• Extend PostHog analytics to speed up team decision making.
• Identify AI opportunities to accelerate delivery and outcomes.
