Farren Inc. is seeking a Growth Engineer to close the gap between interest and signup. You will own the backend for acquisition, onboarding, and activation, connecting athletes with coaches and driving retention.
Expect a role that blends engineering depth with growth experimentation and data-driven decision making. You will work with the founding team and coaches, shipping experiments and extending analytics to unlock faster growth.
Drive explosive growth in the most authentic and connected training community in the world.
We’re an early-stage, high growth, AI-native startup on a mission to reshape the way people train, move, and feel.We believe fitness is the ultimate unlock for living well—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Backed by proven founders and deeply committed to our mission, we’re building something bold, human, and deeply personal. We’re in stealth for now. But we’re moving fast—and building to last.
Most people who want a coach never get one. They think about it, they poke at a website, and then life happens and they go back to making it up on their own. The distance between wanting help and actually having a coach is short, and almost nobody crosses it.
We're hiring a Growth Engineer to close that distance.
You'll own the systems that bring new athletes into Farren, connect them to the right coach, and give them a reason to stay. Onboarding. Merchandising. Profiles, feeds, and sharing. Referral. The pieces that decide whether someone becomes an athlete here or another abandoned signup. This role is a combo of technical and growth focused. If you’re an engineer who loves straddling the boundaries between the business, the customer, and the code, this job is for you.
The playbook for this work is being rewritten every six months. The tactics that worked two years ago are dead. So we're not looking for someone with a binder of growth tactics. We're looking for someone who can form a sharp hypothesis, build the thing, read the data honestly, and be willing to throw out what they just built when the numbers say so.
You'll work directly with the founding team, our iOS engineer, and our coaches. You'll be responsible for outcomes, not tickets.
Ambition matters more than tenure here. If you're earlier in your career and hungry to work above your level, tell us.
We move fast, think clearly, and act on data. We sweat the details, celebrate the wins, and course-correct without ego. The environment is intense but energizing. We're building with speed and soul, and we hold ourselves to a high standard.
We're an empowered team. Nobody hands out roadmaps. You get context, a problem worth solving, and the room to solve it.
We work out as a team almost every day and are the principal users of our own product.
We are in person in Boulder, CO three days a week. We have a flexible time off policy, where you can take the days you need for your health and loved ones, matched with a culture of owning your deliverables. This company is in launch mode. All processes are single threaded, and everyone is giving their all to bring vision into reality and gift the coaching experience to the world.
