Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred).
• 1+ year experience coding for email (HTML/CSS) required; SQL a plus.
• Strong interest in using AI tools in day-to-day marketing execution.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation across channels and campaigns.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (in-app, email, mobile push).
• Use AI tools to improve QA, content generation, campaign briefs, and reporting.
• Ideate and experiment on growth strategies, including personalization and content variation.
• Split time between partnerships and referral growth campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights using AI-assisted analysis.
