Job summary

WPP in Chicago is seeking Growth Consultants to work closely with Senior Directors and sales teams. You will analyze client businesses, identify growth drivers and barriers, and advocate for WPP Open’s AI-powered capabilities to accelerate client growth.

This role offers exposure across Media, Creative, Production and Experience, with a hybrid office model four days a week. You will develop prototypes and tailored demonstrations, collaborate with Account Executives, and help translate insights

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ad Tech, MarTech, and AI in marketing.
• Understanding of Advertising/Marketing/Media data.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multi-location team.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Directors to analyze client opportunities and identify strategic use of WPP Open.
• Develop client-specific proposals and presentations articulating WPP Open’s value.
• Create prototypes, tailored demos, and solution showcases for use cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare for value-driven sales discussions.
• Translate insights into actionable information for Client Success and Enablement teams.
• Stay informed on AI features and market trends to spot new opportunities.
• Assist in positioning and messaging for WPP Open aligned with client needs.
• Support pricing and partnerships teams in commercial models.
• Contribute to revenue growth targets through client engagement.
