Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, data-dense experiences across the Risk Cloud platform. Location options include Chicago HQ or Bellevue, with a focus on turning complex enterprise risk workflows into streamlined user journeys.

You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to elevate product quality, contribute to the design system, mentor designers, and shape multi-feature experiences with AI-enabled insights for enterprise users.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer on complex B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, component libraries, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Experience contributing to design systems at scale.
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into structured, scalable solutions.
• Interest in AI-driven product features and tools.
• Ability to plan, execute, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across multiple projects, from discovery to delivery.
• Design complex enterprise experiences including data-dense dashboards and IA improvements.
• Integrate AI capabilities with human-centered interactions for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape problem statements and align with business goals.
• Evolve the design system and document patterns for consistency across pillars.
• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior designers; drive design critiques and process improvements.
