Job summary
FutureStitch seeks a high-agency, hands-on VP of Global Operations & Supply Chain to own manufacturing, sourcing, planning, quality, and digital operating systems globally. Role includes building scalable platforms, optimizing capacity, margins, and on-time delivery while leveraging AI to accelerate analysis and accountability.
You will report to the CEO, oversee a cross-functional team, and evolve toward COO responsibilities as the business scales.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressively senior operations, supply-chain or manufacturing leadership in complex goods.
- Experience owning multi-site or international operations and scaling or improving operating systems.
- Strong financial fluency across gross margin, inventory, working capital and capital allocation.
- AI-native working style with practical Claude/Anthropic proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own global manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, quality, planning, logistics and digital operating systems.
- Lead the operating platform to scale New Balance and Seconds launches globally.
- Build one global operating system across factories, suppliers and logistics.
