Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Technology Director to define and execute the multi-year strategy for modernizing global sourcing technology. You will own architecture, engineering, security, QA, and operations for a 300-vendor global ecosystem, leading a distributed team across North America and India.

You will partner with executives to modernize platforms, drive API-first integration, and enable AI-enabled decisioning while ensuring operational excellence and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or commensurate relative experience.
• 15+ years of technology experience with 4+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Experience modernizing costing/sourcing platforms and large-scale supply chain initiatives.
• Strong background in integration architectures and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi year global sourcing technology strategy enhancing scalability, reliability, and speed to market.
• Translate business needs into an engineering roadmap including modernization, cloud migration, and AI adoption.
• Lead globally distributed engineering, QA automation, delivery, and support teams; develop managers and leaders.
• Oversee delivery, operations, and vendor management; manage budgets and ROI for Global Sourcing technology.
• Drive AI-driven decision support and responsible use of AI in sourcing operations.
