Job summary

Meta seeks a seasoned strategist to drive operational excellence across its large-scale infrastructure supply chain. You will shape cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and embed AI-powered practices to optimize processes, improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

8+ years in business strategy, operations, or related field within supply chain.
Proficiency in data analysis, problem solving and data-driven strategies.
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading teams, managing projects, and influencing stakeholders.
Experience building cross-functional relationships with legal, policy, finance, and other partners.
Ability to think critically and analyze complex situations to develop strategies.
Experience using data analysis to define scope and solutions for ambiguous challenges.
Demonstrated AI skill development (prompt engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with AI tech.
Experience with technical concepts relevant to supply chain operations.
Experience supporting large-scale supply chain organizations.
Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices.
