Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager in the Arlington, VA area to shape engineering capabilities and lead large-scale transformation initiatives. You will drive product and platform delivery models, collaborate with solution teams, and influence engineering operating models to support enterprise-wide transformation.

The role requires extensive GCC experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable engineering programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and operating models.
• Work with solution teams and client stakeholders, define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend approaches aligned with the operating model and business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable high-quality, efficient, and scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
