Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager in Seattle to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will drive engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and governance to support client engagements and transformation.

The role requires 5+ years in GCC strategy and 2+ years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, and technology.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in GCC strategy, organization design, and large-scale transformation.
Minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, and technology.
Minimum of 1 year using AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

Shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup across client opportunities.
Define engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and operating approaches.
Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs aligning with HQ goals.
Travel up to 50% to meet client and project requirements.
