Qualifications

8+ years in Global Capability Center strategy and large-scale transformation.
3+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry X transformation.
2+ years building engineering orgs and GCC delivery centers.
1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend engineering approaches that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable high-quality, efficient, and scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
