Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape engineering capabilities and drive scalable, future-ready solutions. You will partner with solution teams and client stakeholders to define strategies and governance, enabling high-quality, efficient delivery across programs.

The role requires 8+ years in GCC strategy and transformation, with 2+ years building engineering organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development.
• Minimum of 3 years leading engineering or Industry X transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup across client opportunities.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating model.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Support enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
