Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to steer global content strategy, governance, and transformation across regions. You will shape standards, measure performance, and drive scalable content initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

You will lead end-to-end content programs, design CMS frameworks, onboarding new LOBs, and push automation and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring Copilot readiness and future-state experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum 7 years of experience related to the job description.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global content strategy, governance, standards, performance measurement, and transformation across all regions.
• Leads strategic content initiatives end-to-end, driving platform improvements, operational changes, and cross-LOB alignment to strengthen content governance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Designs and implements content management frameworks and standardized workflows, including onboarding new programs/LOBs, modernizing processes, and establishing clear success measures.
• Accelerates content operations through AI-driven capabilities, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring content and workflows are optimized for AI ingestion, Copilot readiness, and future-state experiences.
