Job summary

The role requires advising executives and leading teams on end-to-end automation programs for insurers.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with BPMN tools and automation platforms, and be adept at managing delivery in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience advising Insurance client executives, business and IT leaders on process reimagination and automation.
• Led end-to-end insurance process improvements across underwriting, claims, new business and policy servicing.
• Experience with automation technologies: RPA, IDP/iOCR, AI/ML, Chat Bots and GenAI.
• Proven ability to map current state, design future state, and realize value from automation projects.
• Knowledge of BPMN tools (e.g., IBM BlueWorks, Visio).
• Experience with Automation platforms for insurance ops (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/Pega/Appian).
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience; strong stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and develop relationships with senior executives.
• Direct client delivery teams and drive projects to completion.
• Establish focus areas and build thought leadership and IP.
• Mentor consultants and develop team members’ skills.
• Demonstrate consulting behaviors and contribute to firm-building activities.
• Support sales efforts and help pursue opportunities with clients.
