Job summary

Deep Sync is seeking a product-minded engineer who owns the PRD from backlog to production and collaborates with data and cloud teams. You’ll write the PRD, design flows and prototyped experiences, and guide AI agents to implement the signed-off design.

You’ll architect secure data models and APIs, ship iterative features, and measure impact while shaping scalable, privacy-conscious solutions for marketing, measurement and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building software products.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: system design, data modeling, APIs, SQL and full-stack web development.
• Ability to draft PRDs with clear scope, success metrics and trade-offs.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and code agents.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering prototypes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Write the PRD and turn backlog items into a PRD: problem, users, success metrics and scope.
• Design the experience, sketch flows and prototypes to solicit feedback.
• Architect data models, APIs and services that are secure, observable and scalable.
• Get sign-off from the product team before building.
• Build with AI agents, own tests, evals and reviews for production-grade output.
• Ship and measure adoption and impact, feeding learnings back to the product team.
• Create reusable specs, prompts and agent workflows for other teams.
