P-1 AI is seeking a Full Stack Super SWE to build the product between frontier AI systems and demanding technical users. You will own end-to-end features spanning backend, frontend, deployment, and reliability.

Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to prototype, test, and iterate on new product concepts, shipping continuously while incorporating customer feedback. Remote work available in US/Canada; on-site in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• SWE heavyweight spanning architecture, backend, frontend, and reliability.
• Experience taking features from concept to production.
• Demonstrated ownership of product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build core product platform for Archie integration.
• Own end-to-end features across architecture, backend, frontend.
• Adopt best practices for coding agents in the development workflow.
• Collaborate with forward deployed engineers, AI researchers, SWE peers, and founders.
• Ship continuously, iterate based on customer feedback.
