Deep Sync is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the marketing audience surface, drive new product development, and enable AI-first product delivery. Based in Kirkland, WA, this role requires deep understanding of advertising and data, and the ability to ship products that work for both humans and machines.

The ideal candidate brings experience in AdTech/MarTech, strong SQL, and a track record of releasing data-driven products.

Qualifications

• Experience in AdTech/MarTech product roles is required.
• Strong SQL and data literacy; familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks or data lakes.
• Clear, concise writing with ability to articulate decisions and trade-offs.
• Ability to move fast with good judgment and document decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own surface area from problem to outcome, including requirements and success criteria.
• Define release scope, test milestones, and report results.
• Lead new product development from hypothesis to paid offering.
• Identify opportunities and validate ideas with fast, small tests.
• Apply AI thoughtfully: determine where models belong and how to evaluate output.
• Decide between progression or discontinuation of ideas.
