Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the agent experience end-to-end—from discovery to verification—while working closely with engineering to prototype and ship AI-enabled tooling. You will lead the product direction for developer-facing surfaces, onboarding, and production usage, shaping how AI agents integrate with our platform.

Qualifications

• Former engineer turned product manager with hands-on coding experience.
• Deep AI fluency demonstrated by shipped AI software and tools.
• Excellent product management judgment and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication with executives and ability to justify decisions.
• Fluency with developer products, APIs, and PLG strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent experience across its lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, production use, and verification.
• Stand up a system to measure and optimize every stage of the funnel for agents.
• Own product surfaces: signup/authentication, trial keys, provisioning, onboarding, and verification tooling.
• Define requirements for shared developer platforms (SDKs, docs, MCP server, CLI, templates).
• Build the operating system for your work: rhythms of business, data-driven optimization, experimentation platform.
• Turn agent traffic into fast feedback loops to improve the product.
• Advise on agent needs, failure modes, and how models retrieve and integrate.
