You’ll ship frontend experiences in React and Next.js end-to-end, evaluate video and image generation models, and balance speed, quality, and scalability while collaborating with product and GTM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered agents used by real users.
• Familiarity with agent harness concepts like tool use and multi-step planning.
• Strong data modeling and schema design for real product use cases.
• AI-assisted coding practices using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Product sense and ability to communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Clear communication to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate OpenArt Agent and related products.
• Evolve OpenArt Arena for exploring generative AI models.
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM to ship capabilities.
• Evaluate video and image generation models for real-world use.
• Prototype and ship projects inspired by new models and tech.
• Deliver polished frontend experiences in React and Next.js end-to-end.
• Communicate trade-offs between speed, correctness, and scalability.
