World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a capable full-time software professional to translate business needs into robust IT solutions. You will develop and integrate AI-powered features, work across legacy and modern systems, and contribute to scalable, high-performance platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with full stack development, AI concepts, and agile practices, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with modern database technologies (MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL).
• Hands-on testing tools (Vitest, Jest, Ava, JUnit, Playwright).
• CI/CD with GitHub, Codefresh, Jenkins.
• Exposure to AI tools and coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude).
• Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, prompts).
• Experience integrating AI into application workflows a plus.
• Familiarity with AI SDKs and frameworks (OpenAI SDK, LangChain).
• Experience with Agile web development practices.
• Test-first mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom software and database capabilities for legacy and modern systems.
• Integrate AI into applications using LLMs, agents, and automation to enhance UX.
• Stay current with AI technologies and recommend adoption where valuable.
• Contribute to web platform quality, upgrades, and resiliency.
• Participate in release planning, testing, and demos; ensure timely delivery.
• Provide on-call support post-release and collaborate within a product team.
• Demonstrate proactive teamwork to ensure product success.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
