Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience, ideally including investment banking, private equity or consulting.
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel/Sheets) with complex operating models.
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to distill data into narratives for executives and investors.
• Autonomous self-starter with high quality judgment and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment; enthusiasm for AI growth tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the corporate financial model for revenue and full P&L forecasting.
• Drive the Annual Planning cycle and the AOP with stakeholder engagement and deep-dive analytics.
• Develop and own the Long Range Plan (LRP) with a multi-year financial roadmap.
• Improve forecasting by partnering with business units and FP&A colleagues.
• Contribute to executive, board and investor reporting with clear storytelling.
• Partner to evolve systems and analytics infrastructure for deeper insights.
• Collaborate with Data teams to institutionalize KPIs and automate reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support operating priorities and IR efforts.
• Build deep relationships to position finance as a strategic partner.
