Wolfe, LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a seasoned VP, FP&A to lead the annual planning cycle, financial forecasting, and unit-economics analytics for PerfectGift.com, Gift Card Granny, and GiftYa. You will build AI-native FP&A systems and reporting infrastructure to deliver fast, trustworthy data to senior leadership.

You will partner with Division and Business Unit leaders to sharpen pricing, staffing, and capital decisions in a high-visibility, founder-led company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior FP&A or finance leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Strong command of enterprise-level P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
• Experience in AI-native financial system implementations and advanced analytics.
• Executive presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual business plan, five-year strategic plan, and capital allocation for the Company and each business unit.
• Build and maintain monthly and quarterly management reporting and board materials.
• Operate daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for CEO/CFO approval.
• Run financial modeling, pricing analysis, and post-mortem reviews to support decisions.
• Lead FP&A workstream on AI-native financial system initiatives and variance analysis.
• Hold monthly business reviews with Division/Business Unit leaders on financial health.
