Job summary

Soleil Collective is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis / Business Intelligence Manager to define and lead the BI/AI strategy across three brands, leveraging NetSuite as the data backbone. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, collaborating with CFO/CEO and commercial teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the design and build of a BI capability for NetSuite.
• Strong hands-on use of AI in analytics/finance with automation examples.
• NetSuite admin experience in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment.
• Minimum 6 years in BI, FP&A or finance systems in consumer goods/retail/e-commerce.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Data Analytics; NetSuite cert advantageous.
• Depth in budgeting, forecasting and multi-entity consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the BI strategy with an AI-forward approach.
• Build the data foundation on NetSuite and connected systems.
• Select and drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics tools.
• Create dashboards in NetSuite and BI tools for real-time insights.
• Own annual budget and rolling forecast across brands and entities.
• Lead monthly budget vs. actual and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and board materials.
• Maintain NetSuite system administration and MasterData management.
