Job summary

Jam+ is seeking a Financial Planning & Business Intelligence Analyst in the United States to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will build reliable data foundations, develop dashboards, and support a future Microsoft Fabric implementation with cross‑functional partners.

You will combine NetSuite data with other sources, validate accuracy, and communicate insights to leaders, enabling smarter decisions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience using NetSuite for financial reporting, saved searches, and data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and business performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of U.S.-based financial systems and accounting practices, including U.S. GAAP.
• Strong data skills, including cleaning, combining, validating, and analyzing datasets.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, recurring forecasts, and long‑term financial planning; build and maintain financial models evaluating revenue, expenses, profitability, and initiatives.
• Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast; explain drivers and variances; prepare monthly management reporting with insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance by customer, product, channel; develop dashboards and recurring reports; support ad hoc analysis on profitability and growth.
• Use NetSuite to extract, organize, and analyze financial data; create saved searches, reports, dashboards; relate customers, items, transactions, and accounts to reporting.
• Support Microsoft Fabric implementation by gathering requirements, defining reporting needs, prioritizing analytics use cases; contribute to Power BI dashboards; automate reporting.
