Job summary

Jam+ in New York seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis and BI Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making across Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will build financial models, develop dashboards in Power BI, and ensure data quality in NetSuite, while collaborating with stakeholders and guiding reporting improvements during a Microsoft Fabric rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years FP&A, financial analysis, or analytics experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience for financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills with modeling and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements.
• Ability to translate questions into analyses for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-term planning with financial models.
• Analyze results vs budget and prepare monthly management reporting with insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance by customer, product, channel, and segments.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs and support ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Use NetSuite to extract and reconcile financial data and ensure data quality.
