Job summary

Nautilus Solar Energy seeks a Director of FP&A to lead strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision support for community solar and other activities. You will partner with Operations, Asset Management, and Leadership to drive profitability, capital efficiency, and growth.

You will spearhead AI/analytics adoption, forecast improvements, and BI platforms including Power BI, Planful, Anaplan, and other CPM tools, shaping the finance organization and its data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A in a renewable energy environment.
• Ability to drive AI and analytics in finance.
• Strong collaboration with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Develop financial models for community solar projects and corporate initiatives.
• Analyze performance and provide profitability and cash flow recommendations.
• Partner with executives to translate operations into financial outcomes.
• Own AI roadmap and automation across forecasting, reporting and BI.
• Build executive dashboards and standardized KPIs with Power BI.
• Lead a high-performing FP&A team and mentor staff.
