Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or FP&A.
• At least two years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Experience using Claude or AI tools in professional analytics.
• Strong analytical, inquisitive mindset; asks questions and investigates drivers.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Attention to detail and well-documented work.
• Ability to communicate findings to financial and non-financial audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work independently and collaborate.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets/forecasts; explain drivers.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Evaluate costs and margins to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses.
• Partner with departments to validate data and provide recommendations.
• Use AI tools to support analysis and workflow; validate outputs.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and templates.
• Prepare presentations translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly close and special projects.
