Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, FP&A, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude for analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and modeling.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Experience in a multi-location restaurant or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for visibility into performance.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets/forecasts; investigate variances.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Evaluate costs, margins, and operating expenses to identify trends.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations and other departments.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to support data analysis and reporting; validate outputs.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and templates.
• Prepare presentations and summaries translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly close and special projects.
