Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, FP&A or related field.
• At least two years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Experience using Claude AI in analytics and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to create and interpret financial models and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Analyze results vs budgets, forecasts, and prior periods; explain drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Evaluate costs, margins, and operating variances for improvements.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations to validate data.
• Use Claude and AI tools to enhance analysis while protecting data.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and templates.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations and summaries.
• Support monthly close and special projects as assigned.
