Job summary

Inspire Resources is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Arby’s U.S. Finance team in Atlanta, GA.

You will own P&L areas, support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, and provide deep-dive analyses to drive business decisions across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Shared Services. You will develop financial models, automate reporting, and present insights to leadership, while ensuring accurate results in collaboration with Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or related experience.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Experience in multi-unit operating environments (restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own designated areas of the Arby’s P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reporting packages and management presentations.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage expense forecasting and reporting for G&A functions with business leaders.
• Support AFA financial management including budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy of results and investigate variances.
• Prepare leadership materials for meetings and executive reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as needed.
