Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded with a client’s security and engineering teams, delivering secure, governable AI deployments. You will own outcomes, build security tooling, and drive risk-based security strategies in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with AI and security leadership to deliver end-to-end security throughout build, deploy, and optimize cycles, leveraging agentic coding tools as a core delivery method.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in a production environment.
• Minimum 8 years of end-to-end security delivery ownership in a client-embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 8 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale, including OWASP LLM Top 10 controls and prompt injection hardening.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (IAM, data pipeline, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO and CTO with risk-adjusted investment cases.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and accelerators for multiple client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, threat modeling workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Proven security domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security).
• Proposal and SOW development and client engagement.
• Executive workshop facilitation and C-suite communication.
• Team leadership and coaching of managers and consultants.
