Job summary

FullStack, a leading AI-native engineering partner, is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to identify AI opportunities, architect systems, and ship production-ready solutions. This role blends consulting, operation, and engineering to drive trusted AI deployments.

You will work with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, shaping the work, owning architecture decisions, and delivering measurable impact with end-to-end delivery ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in production systems.
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and shaping technical scope.
• Experience with CI/CD and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Structure processes and specs for automation, with clear decision points and exceptions.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
• Own CI/CD, testing, releases, environments and deployment pipelines.
• Provide consultative guidance and defend decisions to CTOs, VPs, and business leadership.
