Accenture seeks an AI-led product and engineering professional to originate, design, and ship AI-powered digital products. You will work with enterprise data foundations and drive orders from concept to production, delivering features with measurable business impact.

You will lead senior stakeholders, manage complex programs, and shape engagements with a product-led mindset across the design-to-product pipeline, ensuring production-ready delivery and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience with GenAI features shipped.
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience leading workstreams.
• Hands-on delivery on an enterprise AI platform in production.
• Working fluency with GenAI frameworks and patterns.
• Product engineering ability to ship working code against enterprise data.
• Product-led mindset connecting AI work to strategy.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication.
• Driven and entrepreneurial with go-to-market activities.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI creates measurable business value before a brief exists.
• Differentiate through a product-led approach and shape engagements.
• Bridge design, product thinking, and production delivery end-to-end.
• Architect AI systems end-to-end including MLOps and security.
• Select models and approaches considering cost, latency, and compliance.
